1 chicken or 5-6 chicken breasts
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can rotel, diced
Corn Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. Cool and shred or cut into pieces. Melt cheese and add rotel and soup. Dip corn tortillas into remaining broth and tear into pieces. Layer all into 9 x 13 pan, sprayed with cooking spray, beginning with tortillas on the bottom, chicken and then cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 until warm.
