16 oz. - bread crumbs
2 - garlic cloves, chopped fine or pieces
1 T. - parsley, freshly chopped
1 T. - rosemary, freshly chopped
1 tsp. - marjoram, freshly chopped
1 tsp. - oregano, freshly chopped
1 tsp. - thyme, freshly chopped
2 tsp. - butter, melted
1 (3 lb.) - pork loin, center loin trimmed of fat

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except pork in a bowl and mix together into a paste. Coat the pork loin and place in a 350 oven. Cook until internal temperature is 150. Slice and serve. Serves 5.
