1 (3 to 4 lb.) - whole broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
1 liter - Pepsi
2 c. - BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in roasting pan and place on stovetop on low flame. Pour in Pepsi until chicken pieces are almost covered. Pour the BBQ sauce over chicken. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure that chicken is almost covered with Pepsi and adding Pepsi as needed. After 30 minutes, turn chicken pieces over and pour remaining BBQ sauce over chicken pieces. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes more, continuing to check chicken and add Pepsi as needed.
