Crust:

1 1/2 c fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c melted butter



Filling:

2 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
3/4 tsp vanilla


Topping:

1/2 pt sour cream
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients, press into bottom of 9 or 10" round cake or pie pan. Mix filling ingredients together with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into unbaked crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes. Raise oven temp to 475. For the topping, mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla with a spoon until blended. Spoon over filling and bake at 475 for 10 minutes. Let cool 2-3 hours then refrigerate. May be topped with a fresh fruit sauce.
