1/2 c butter
1/2 c shortening
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp sugar mixed with 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Blend in dry ingredients (except sugar/cinnamon). Shape dough into balls, roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes
