3/4 stick butter
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
2/3 c flour
1 tbsp finely minced lemon peel
1/2 c ground almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until smooth; add sugar and egg and beat until creamy. Then add flour, beating until just combined. Add lemon peel and almonds. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Butter a cookie sheet and drop by rounded teaspoon onto pan, 3 inches apart. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
