2 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 c brown sugar 2 tbsp flour 3/4 c coconut
Combine the crust ingredients, press into bottom of an 8x8 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix together the eggs, brown sugar, flour and coconut. Pour over crust. Return to oven for 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
