1 12 oz package wide egg noodles
2 6oz cans tuna, drained
1 4oz can mushroom stems & pieces
1 10-3/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
3 tbsp butter melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain tuna & mushrooms, combine with cooked noodles in a large bowl. Whisk milk,salt,pepper and mushroom soup together, pour over tuna & noodles. Mix well. Pour into a greased 2 -1/2 quart
baking dish. Combine melted butter, cracker crumbs and cheese, sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
