2/3 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 lbs boneless beef short rebs
1/3 cup butter or margerine
1 1/2 cups beef broth
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chili powder

Directions:
In a gallon size zip lock bag, conbine the flour,salt and pepper. Add the ribs, zip closed and shake until ribs are coated. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, brown the ribs in butter. Transfer to a 5 quart crock pot. In the same skillet, combine the remaining ingredients, heat to a boil. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 9 - 10 hours or until meat is tender. Great served over rice.

This recipe makes a lot of BBQ, cut ingredients in half for 6 or fewer people. Great recipe for a busy cook-after everything is combined, the crock pot does the rest. Yummy!
