4 skinless, boneless, tenderized chicken breasts
1 8oz package sliced pepperoni
2 14.5 oz cans Hunt's Fresh-Cut diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, basil & oregano
1 med onion - chopped
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 large egg - beaten
1 cup milk
1 8oz package Angel Hair pasta
1 each 8oz package Cheddar & Mozzerella cheese - shredded

Wash chicken..dip each breast into milk, then egg...roll in bread crumbs..be sure to coat each thoroughly. Over low heat..saute the chicken until golden...add the onion during the final 2 minutes...heat oven to 350. In a 13x9" baking dish..spoon a thin layer of the diced tomatoes with the juice...place the sauted chicken on the tomatoes...layer with the sliced pepperoni and remaining tomatoes...bake at 350 for 20 minutes...while chicken is baking, prepare the pasta...top the chicken with the cheeses, return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly...serve over the pasta. I have also used pre-made spaghetti sauce for this..
