1 pkg. - medium wide noodles OR Kluski noodles
2 lb. jar - sauerkraut
1 large - onion, chopped
1 stick - margarine OR butter
pepper - generous portions
salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse kraut twice and squeeze (but leave some moisture in kraut). Sauté onion in one stick or margarine or butter. Mix in Kraut and add pepper. Simmer on low heat for 35 to 45 minutes. Mix occasionally. If mixture seems a little dry add more margarine. Mix noodles and Kraut together.

If you want a smaller portion. Change noodles to ˝ bag and use a 1 lb. jar of kraut and a medium onion. Follow directions accordingly.
