1-1 1/2 lbs. spaghetti, in 2 in. pieces 2 cups cooked chicken (or turkey) 1/4 cup diced pimiento 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped small onion 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup chicken broth (or leftover gravy) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Cook spaghetti, drain.
Put chicken, pimiento, green pepper, onion in 2 qt. casserole. Pour soup and broth on chicken mixture.
