1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup mashed super-ripe bananas
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and butter a loaf pan. Sift together dry ingredients (minus the chocolate chips). In a separate bowl, combine egg, bananas and milk, then stir in dry mixture until just blended. Add chocolate chips. Transfer batter to loaf pan; bake 50 minutes.
