1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of melted butter or margarine
2 eggs.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and spread evenly on the bottom of a greased and floured 13x9 pan.

1 box powdered sugar (save 1/4 c. for later)
8 oz. package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Mix and spread on top of ingredients in the pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Cool the cake and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of powdered sugar on top.
