3 c. sliced carrots (1lb)
1/4 c. oleo
1/3 c. pancake syrup
1/2 t. ginger
1/4 t. grated orange peel (opt)
Chopped parsley (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots 10-20 minutes until tender. Drain. In small sauce pan, melt oleo add pancake syrup, ginger and orange peel. Cook 1 minute. Pour glaze over carrots. Stir and garnish with parsley.
