2 packages chopped broccoli (10 oz. size)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 grated onion
1 garlic clove or powder (to taste)
Salt & pepper
Topping
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. sage
1/2 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the broccoli and drain thoroughly. Add to the broccoli the cans of soup, cheese, onion, garlic, salt & pepper. (optional: chopped parsley and small can of mushrooms can be added now).

This goes into a baking dish and the topping is sprinkled on it.

Topping: Melt the margarine in skillet and add to it the bread crumbs and sage. Add hot water if needed to keep it moist.

Cover the broccoli with the bread topping, extra cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in a 350 for approx. 30 minutes.

Once the broccoli is drained thoroughly the rest of the receipe goes very quickly.
