3 boned chicken breasts, skinned & halved
1 stick margarine
salt & pepper to taste
6 slices mozarrella cheese
flour, 1 egg beaten, fresh bread crumbs
2 T. chopped parsley, 1/4 sage, thyme, rosemary (tsp. for each)
1/2 c. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper. Then spread each piece with margarine using only half of the stick and season with salt & pepper. Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece, roll and tuck ends. Coat lightly with flour, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs. Arrange in baking dish. Melt remaining margarine and add parsley, sage, thyme, and rosemary. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes -- basting with this mixture - then pour the wine over the chicken and bake another 20 minutes until done.
