1 lb. ground beef OR Italian sausage (bulk)
1 T. seasoned salt (or less if you prefer)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
tsp. pepper
1 large can tomatoes, diced
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. dried spaghetti sauce mix (McCormack)
1 box lasagna noodles
1 carton ricotta cheese
16 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:

Brown meat in skillet. Drain, and then add season salt, garlic, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and spaghetti mix. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Boil noodles, rinse and drain. Pour of meat sauce into a 12 x 8 x 2 Pyrex baking dish. Cover with noodles. Spread ricotta and mozzarella cheese on top of noodles. Alternate again with meat sauce, noodles and cheese. Top with meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
