2 lbs. shredded cheddar
sliced jalapenos
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bottom of a 9x13 casserole with sliced jalapenos. Spread out the two lbs. of shredded cheddar over the jalapenos. Beat the eggs and pour over the cheese. DO NOT STIR MIXTURE. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
