2 ripe tomatoes, diced 2 green bell peppers, diced 2 green onions, diced 1 clove of garlic, finely diced 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, for garnish 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 jalapeņo chile pepper, diced dash of salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
