2 lbs ground beef
1 sleeve saltines
1 small onion
2 eggs
1 large can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees

Chop onion. Mix onion and eggs with ground beef. Crush saltines as you go, using enough to make the meatloaf stick together. :) Add half the can of tomato sauce for extra flavor. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mold into loaf shape and pour the rest of the tomato sauce over the top.

Cook for approximately an hour, check for doneness.
