1 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted butter
32 carmels melted with 5 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1 6 oz package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients through butter to make crumb mixture. Press half crumb mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour melted carmel mixture over chocolate. Swirl slightly. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
