12 - 10" flour tortillas
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 1/4 C whole sour cream
2 C cooked chicken, shredded
1 C pepper jack cheese, grated
1 C extra sharp cheddar, grated
1 large can enchilada sauce or red chili sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin

Directions:

Wisk together sour cream and soup; add garlic powder and cumin, mix. Add about 1 Cup red chili sauce, 1/4 cup at a time until thick pouring consistency, set aside.
Lightly grease 9x13 oven proof pan. Put remaining chili sauce in a bowl and dip each tortilla in sauce, one at a time. Dip tortilla in sauce, place on a plate; place 1/12 of chicken and small amount of each type of cheese on tortilla, roll and place fold side down into prepared pan. Complete for all tortillas, then pour soup/ sour cream mixture over the top; cover all tortillas well. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, place in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese melted.
