1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice(about 2 lemons)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. (or more) chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 small carton cool whip
2 9 inch graham cracker crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice. Add pineapple, nuts, vanilla and cool whip; mix well. Pour into pie crust; chill and serve.
