1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg rigatoni noodles
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. provolone cheese slices
1 pkg. small pepperoni slices
8 ozs. Mozzarella cheese (grated)

Directions:

1. Spray 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray
2. Cook noodles according to pkg. directions
3. Brown ground beef and onion; drain and mix with spaghetti sauce.
4. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 ground beef mixture, pepperoni, provolone, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 ground beef mixture, mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees untill mixture is bubbly and cheese melted.

If you like the sauce a bit spicier you can add a little Italian seasoning (to your taste). This dish freezes and reheats well.
