1 small package orange or lime jello
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 cups whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the jello over bottom of bowl. Put in cottage cheese and mix together. Add pineapple, which has been heated to boiling. Mix well. Cool to room temperature. Fold in whipped topping.

This makes a good diabetic salad if you use sugar free jello and pineapple in its own juice. Made with green jello, it is good for St. Patrick's Day. Easy and yummy.
