2 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2-4 cloves of garlic-chopped fine
2 or 3 leaves of basil
2 T. parsley
onion-medium
celery-1 stalk
meat

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meatballs or piece of meat- preferably fatty like chuck, pork or sausage in olive oil.
Remove meat, turn heat on very low. Add garlic to oil. Simmer in oil but don't let brown. Add tomato paste and 1 can of water. Add crushed tomatoes,1 stalk of celery, 1 med. onion, parsley and basil. Return meat to sauce. Let simmer 2-3 hours. If it gets too thick add water to desired consistency. Remove celery and onion before serving.
