2 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup white or dark corn syrup
2 tsp. maple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar and water to a rolling boil until sugar is dissolved. The large bubbles change to small ones. This only takes a minute or two. Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup and maple flavoring. It is then ready for your pancakes, etc.
