3 T. butter 1/3 cup cocoa 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Heat butter in heavy saucepan until melted. Add sugar and cocoa. Stir to blend. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve hot over ice cream.
