White sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
Chipped beef torn into pieces (May substitute and use potatoes, peas, canned tuna fish or salmon)

Directions:
Directions:
In med sauce pan, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt,and pepper. Cook until the mixture is smooth and bubbly; gradually add the milk. Heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Then add which ever you choose to use, chipped beef or tuna, or potatoes and peas, or salmon.
