2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 T. onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
c. milk, scant
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 T. parsley
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine. Shape into loaf. Cover with catsup. Bake at 350 for 1 hours.
