2 cups diced chicken 1 16 oz can chow mein or chop suey veggies(drain) 2 T chopped green onion 1/2 chopped green pepper 1 cup diced celery 1 can water chestnuts (drain) 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1 tsp salt 2 tsp soy sauce 3/4 cup real mayo
Blend first seven items,mix well and leave in large bowl. Mix dressing and cover ingredients. Refrigerate one hour prior to serving.
