2 c. chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 - 10oz. package chopped broccoli
1 c. cottage cheese
2 c. whole milk
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 t. salt, optional
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery, onion & broccoli until tender set aside. Blend cottage cheese in a blender until very smooth. Slowly add milk while continuing to blend.
Add chicken soup to cheese / milk mixture. Blend together. Add to cooked, undrained vegetable mixture. Cook on low heat until heated through, without boiling.
