10 - 12 flour tortillas 1 - 1 1/2 cup sour cream 12 oz. cream cheese 3-4 chopped green onions 2-3 seedless jalapenos, chopped fine juice of a fresh lime 1-4 T. picante garlic and chili powder to taste milk to thin
Mix everything. Spread on steamed tortillas. Roll, refrigerate, cut in 1/2 - 1 inch pinwheels. Serve chilled.
