1 - 2 pounds fresh or frozen broccoli

2 cans chicken broth and 1 can water OR use 6 chicken bullion cubes with 3 c. water
large onion, chopped
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash garlic powder
1/3 - c. flour
3 c. milk
2 pounds Velvetta cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and onions in chicken broth until tender about 7-8 minutes. Chop with potato masher . Add butter and seasonings.
Put some cold milk in gravy shaker with flour. Add remaining milk and add flour/milk mixture. Cut Velvetta into large chunks and stir until melted. Add cheddar cheese and melt.
**Add 1 cup chopped ham if desired.
