2 c. cooked diced chicken
3 Tbsp. diced onion
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
6 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. chopped celery
6 hard boiled eggs chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in oven proof baking dish. Bake @ 375 for 30 minutes. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Can be served hot by reheating, or cold.
