3 c. thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini 1 c. Bisquick or Jiffy Mix 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese 2 T. snipped parsley 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. marjoram leaves 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs slightly beaten
Mix together, pour in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
