1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cream, cinnamon, and butter in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. In seperate cup mix water and starch. Add to Sauce pan. Cook until sauce becomes clear.
