2 c. cooked and cubed Chicken
1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 med. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 firm bananas, sliced (opt.)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 t. curry powder
1 c. sliced grapes
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. coconut (opt.)
3/4 c. salted Peanuts (opt.) (Pecans)
Lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, dressing, celery, pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, marshmallows, and curry powder and chill. If desired, top with the coconut & peanuts (pecans). Serve on lettuce with sliced banana on the side.
