1 loaf angel food cake, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg(20oz) frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, thawed
2 cups 1% milk
1 pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
8oz whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Place cubes in 13 x 9 in pan; dissolve gelatin in boiling water stir in strawberries. Pour over cubes and press down. Refrigerate for 1 hour. In bowl whisk milk and pudding mix until slightly thickened. Spoon over gelatin layer. Spread whipped topping over the top and refrigerate.
