2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups (1 lb. can) pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup corn oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup walnuts

Frosting:
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
2. tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9 X 13 pan.
