1 stick butter
2 cans cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg
1/2 cup water
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour.
