1lb dry pinto beans
1lb smoked sausage...cubed
1 medium onion..chopped
1 medium bell pepper...chopped
1tbs chili powder
1tbs ground cumin
1tbs oregano
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans and seasonings until beans are just tender...add the meat and veggies...cover, cook about 1 hour...serve over hot rice...
