2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups zucchini (grated)
3 cups flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup crushed nuts (walnuts)
1/2 cup raisins

Optional: 1 cup crushed pineapple
