Ingredients:  
1 head of green cabbage..chopped
1 large onion..chopped
1 large bell pepper..chopped
4 medium cans tomato sauce
2 beef boullion cubes
2 16oz packages frozen mixed veggies
3 medium potatoes..cut into cubes
1lb ground beef, stew meat..or a cubed 7-bone roast, rump roast..etc
1tbs ground cumin
salt/pepper to taste
about 2 cups water

Directions:
If using ground beef..put ALL ingredients in large stock pot...cover, cook over medium heat about 2 hours.
If using cubed roast or stew meat...boil meat until just tender..add ALL other ingrdients..cover, cook over medium heat about 2 hours.
