1/2 lb bacon fried and crumbled
1 small can mushrooms drained
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Lightly grease quiche pan or pie pan. Sprinkle bacon,cheese,mushrooms, and onions evenly over the bottom of the dish. Place remaining ingredients in blender, cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into the pan and bake until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. About 50-55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
