2 lbs russett potatoes, peeled and chopped
3 cloves garlic minced or pressed
4 tbsps butter or (yuck) margarine
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
salt
ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large saucepan of lightly salted water and bring to boil. Use enough water to cover potaotes. Cook at low boil for about 15 minutes or until fork tender.

Combine garlic, butter and cream in a small sauce pan and simmer on low heat while potatoes cook. Drain water off potatoes, and add the garlic cream mix. Blend together with a potato masher or electric mixer until smoothe. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve
