Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Cardamon
2 Tbsp Coriander
2 Tbsp Licorice Root
2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Mugwort
2 Tbsp Sandalwood
2 Tbsp Deer's Tongue
6 drops Musk Oil
1 12X12 Square of silk or other fabric
Kapok stuffing for pillow

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the herbs/spices together in a small container. Cut the stuffing to about 1 inch smaller than the square of cloth on each side. Lay the stuffing on top of the cloth, put the herb mixture in the middle. Fold over the sides of the cloth & stuffing. Stitch around all 3 of the open sides. Place under your pillow or on your night stand.

If you cannot find all these ingredients, don't dispare, it is not 100% necessary to have all of them. Try what you have and see how that works.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
An aromatherapy pillow to help you sleep and supposedly induce sweet dreams. Most ingredients can be found in your spice rack. I have to get the "deer's" tongue, sandalwood, Mugwort & musk oil at a herb shop or health food store.
