1/4 cup of bourbon (Southern Comfort is best)
1/2 cup honey.

Directions:
Directions:
cover bottom of marinade dish with soy sauce, add 1/4 cup of bourbon (Southern Comfort is best), add 1/2 cup honey. marinade for at least 2 hours and then grill to suit.
This is good for beef and pork.
