1 can crushed pineapple - drained
1 egg
2 tsp. cornstarch
Scant cup sugar
2 prepared pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Disolve cornstarch in pineapple juice. Beat egg and sugar. Mix all together. Bake in two crusts. Makes 1 large pie.
Bake at 450 degrees in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.
